How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 3-7 days. Once shipped, delivery takes 8-20 business days.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, email lumibeam1@outlook.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?

You can return your robe within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for how to start a return.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is the robe made of?

A thick, cozy flannel outer with an ultra-soft sherpa lining, finished with embroidered gold-trim details, a hood, a belt and two front pockets.
