30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email lumibeam1@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email lumibeam1@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
